Wedding Day Management

You’ve planned your dream wedding - now it’s time to actually enjoy it!
Our Wedding Day Management package is designed for couples who have done most of the planning themselves, but want a trusted professional to step in, tie up the loose ends, and make sure everything flows seamlessly on the big day.
Our work together begins 3 months before your wedding day, allowing ample time to dive into the details, understand your vision, and fine-tune your plans. With a calm presence and detail-driven approach, we work closely with you in the final moments to ensure nothing is missed and everything runs beautifully - from the first look to the final dance.
What’s Included:

Three pre-wedding meetings
Over the course of three structured meetings (held virtually or in-person) we will review every detail of your wedding plans. These meetings allow us to discuss logistics, identify potential gaps, and offer our expert advice to make sure you are feeling confident and supported.

Personalized timeline
We will thoughtfully fine-tune your timeline to ensure the entire day flows with ease, and deliver finalized copies to key people to ensure everyone is on the same page. No rushed moments, no missed cues, just a well-paced, joyful celebration.

Vendor Communication
Two weeks before your wedding day, we step in as the main point of contact for your vendors. Instead of fielding last-minute texts and emails, you can focus on what truly matters: each other.

Rehearsal Coordination
A well-organized rehearsal will ensure everyone knows exactly where to be and what to do on the wedding day. With clear direction and calm guidance, the rehearsal creates confidence, minimizes confusion, and allows the ceremony to flow smoothly and meaningfully.

On-site Wedding Day Management
On the big day, we will be present to oversee every detail. We manage the flow of the event, coordinate vendors, direct the wedding party, cue important moments, and solve any issues discreetly and efficiently. Our calm, proactive presence allows you and your nearest and dearest to stay present, relaxed, and completely immersed in the celebration.

We expect the unexpected! Our fully-stocked emergency kit is ready for surprise stains, wayward decor, and all the other little “just in case” moments.

Expert guidance where you need it most, with plenty of room to make the celebration your own!
Our Partial Wedding Planning package is best for couples who have started the planning process but recognize that they would benefit from professional support along the way. Whether you are midway through planning and unsure how to proceed or are feeling engulfed by the options, we are here to provide thoughtful structure, trusted recommendations, and ongoing support, so you never feel overwhelmed or alone in the process.
Planning begins immediately upon securing your date, allowing us to dive into the details and assess what has already been accomplished. From the start, we take the time to understand your unique vision (your style, priorities, and personal touches) so we can help shape a celebration that feels entirely your own. With your ideas as the foundation, we will refine logistics, connect you with the right vendors, and ensure that every element aligns beautifully and that you have a trusted professional to guide you through every phase.

You may already have a vision in mind, and we are here to help bring it into focus. From colour palettes and textures to layout and ambiance, we will help ensure that every visual element feels cohesive, intentional, and uniquely you - supporting your creative ideas while offering guidance where needed.

Together, we will develop a fully customized timeline that thoughtfully captures each part of your day, from vendor arrival to your final send-off. Every transition, cue, and special moment is included and communicated to all key vendors and participants, so everything unfolds with ease.

In the final two weeks, we step in to handle the final coordination: reconfirming details, timelines, and logistics with all vendors. You will be free to relax knowing that everything is being managed with care and precision behind the scenes!
